Sales on this Site are subject to our return policy.
As we do not hold any existing stocks in our warehouse, all orders are processed as pre orders and are therefore not exchangeable nor returnable. Therefore we encourage all buyers to select all products carefully.
You are to provide true email addresses to Joie de Vivre Bijoux in order for us to advice via email on progress and delivery dates once your pre order has been processed.
